Whale Watching

On Friday we went to the coast again. We went from where we ended last week in Lincoln City and drove down to Newport. It is a really pretty drive. We stopped a few times along the way. At one point we saw a whale. It was really neat to see. We decided we needed to get a picture in front of the statue of a whale since we didn't get a picture of the actual whale. The picture of Benson and me is in Lincoln City. It was really windy there. The rest of the coast wasn't nearly as windy. In Newport the kids loved playing in the sand dunes. It was a lot of fun to watch them run around. The picture at the bottom is of Jeremy after he face planted in the sand. He didn't know what to do. I had to teach him how to spit. We had a really fun day.

Ok, enough pictures of the coast, it is making us really homesick. Just kidding!

Happy to see you guys exploring Oregon so much. What awsome pictures! The one of Jeremy and his footprints is a beautiful shot.
