Well after taking almost a year break at watching what I eat I am back on track now. I actually signed back up for Weight Watchers to really keep me on track. I get to have more points then I thought I would be able to. Which was a nice surprise but also a horrible reality that I am fatter then I thought. Hopefully it will come off as quick as it did last time. I am crossing my fingers.
So if any of you have any really good low fat recipes let me know!
