These pictures are actually from our way home. We stopped at a rest stop and that is where these pictures are from. These pictures were taken before our little incident that you will read about if you scroll down.

flat tire

On our way home from Denver we got a flat tire. I thought this was something to be documented. We put on the little donut tire and it was half full. We had no other option but to drive on it. All I could do was laugh. I told Benson at this point you just have to laugh. Luckily about a mile down from where we were in Spanish Fork Canyon some ghetto little station was open and we were able to get our tire fixed. It was frustrating to watch the guy fix it because I knew that Benson could have had it done in half the time. What is even worse is we then had to pay him $10 to do it. Oh well, that's life. For some reason the pictures are out of order but you get what is going on.

cool sighting

We went to REI in Denver and a guy came in with this bike. The company Benson and his brother Matt work for make the fork and seat stay that are on this bike. Benson was all excited and asked the guy if he could take a picture with the bike. I also thought Benson looked really cute in this picture so I wanted to put it on the blog!

Denver Temple

While we were in Colorado we found the Denver Temple. It was small but really pretty. We weren't even looking for the temple and we were on the freeway and saw Angel Moroni and decided to find it. I am glad we did.

Let's Go Mets!

Benson and I went to Colorado to see the Mets beat the Rockies. Benson's brother Matt and his son McKinley also went with us. We went early to the games and watched the Mets batting practice. We did get one autograph from Pedro Feliciano. We had a really good time. We had free seats down the 3rd base line. Although I am a huge Giants fan I am also becoming a huge Mets fan.

family outing

We went up Big Cottonwood Canyon on Saturday and had a picnic with the kids. They had a great time throwing rocks and sticks into the water. We had so much fun that we are going camping this next weekend. We will see how much fun camping with kids is.

Dance Mania

Brooklyn's cousin Ashli is a member if the drill team at Davis High School. As one of their fundraiser's they teach little kids a dance. Then all the kids get to perform at the football game half time show. So on Friday night Brooklyn was our little D'ette! She had a really fun time. Brooklyn's cousin Aspen also participated.Getting ready to perform!

A New Job

Well most of you are going to think Benson got a new job. Unfortunately that is not the case, but I am excited about my new job. It may not seem like much but I will be working on Fridays and Saturdays at Beyond Spa in Layton as a receptionist. I am nervous to be working again since I haven't worked (outside the home) for over 2 years. I am also really excited to get out of the house a little bit and bring in a little extra money to help pay some of the bills. Anyway, I start this Friday so I will let you know how it goes. Wish me luck!

Well we have nothing new and exciting happening in our lives, so I thought I would add some pictures from New York just before we moved. Benson's brother Matt and his wife Dayna came to help us move and see NY one last time before we moved. So here are some random pictures. The last picture of Jeremy and Benson was on the subway. Of course a couple of pictures are from our last Mets game.

Bubbles everywhere!

Jeremy got bubbles for his birthday. One of Brooklyn and Jeremy's favorite things to do is go outside and blow bubbles. Here are some pictures of them, Brooklyn loves to try and blow really big bubbles. Jeremy just loves to blow as many as he can and then yell at the top of his lungs (which most of you know is pretty loud) BUBBLES!
